Start your new career as a Service Writer with MAU at a leading automotive service provider in Peachtree City, GA. As a Service Writer, you will be the vital link between customers and technicians, managing the service process from intake to vehicle delivery while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

• Pay of $20.62–$27.59 per hour based on experience
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM  
• First shift, no weekends

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience as an automotive service writer/advisor
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role preferred
• Automotive mechanical knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with shop management software (e.g., Tekmetric)
• ASE certification is a bonus
• Customer-focused with problem-solving ability
• Professional appearance and team-oriented mindset

 

What You’ll Do as a Service Writer:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Accurately document vehicle issues based on customer input
• Prepare clear and detailed repair orders for technicians
• Provide estimates and explain recommended services
• Schedule service appointments and manage workflow
• Keep customers updated on repair progress and timelines
• Review completed work for accuracy before delivery
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships
