About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians will provide 24-hour inpatient OB/GYN call coverage on a schedule of 6 - 7 shifts per month, with potential for additional shifts. Clinical responsibilities encompass labor and delivery management, C-sections, complicated deliveries, VBACs, laceration repairs, and gynecologic emergencies. The role carries a low patient volume, averaging 1 - 6 patients per day, with midwife support and onsite lab and ultrasound services available throughout each designated coverage period. Prescriptive authority is required for this assignment.
