Kalkstein Chiropractic is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a passion for regenerative medicine, integrative health, and musculoskeletal care to join our clinical team in Towson, Maryland.

Our approach brings together chiropractic, rehabilitation, regenerative medicine, functional medicine, and advanced treatment technologies to help our patients feel better faster and build a foundation for long-term health and longevity through less-invasive, more holistic treatment options.

We are looking for a clinically minded provider who brings strong medical knowledge and sound clinical judgment to this model. The ideal candidate understands musculoskeletal conditions, considers the broader factors that may influence a patient's health and recovery, and is excited about incorporating regenerative and integrative approaches into patient care.

This role is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner who wants to bring their existing clinical expertise to an integrated practice while continuing to grow within regenerative and integrative medicine.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
\n
• Evaluate and manage musculoskeletal conditions and general health concerns
\n
• Order and interpret appropriate laboratory work, imaging, and diagnostic testing
\n
• Perform trigger point and joint injections
\n
• Provide platelet-rich plasma and other regenerative treatments
\n
• Participate in cellular therapy and other advanced treatment services
\n
• Incorporate integrative and functional medicine approaches into patient care
\n
• Educate patients on their condition, treatment options, and plan of care
\n
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate patient care and develop comprehensive treatment plans
\n
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
\n
• Contribute to the continued development of our regenerative and integrative services
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Master's degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
\n
• Current Maryland Nurse Practitioner license
\n
• Current national Nurse Practitioner certification appropriate to the provider's education and scope of practice
\n
• DEA registration or ability to obtain
\n
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
\n
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
\n
• Two or more years of clinical experience preferred
\n
• Injection or procedural experience strongly preferred
\n
• Experience with musculoskeletal ultrasound and/or ultrasound-guided procedures is a plus
\n
• Experience in musculoskeletal care, orthopedics, sports medicine, regenerative medicine, functional medicine, integrative health, or a related area is preferred
\n

Compensation & Benefits

• $50–$65 per hour, based on experience and clinical skill set
